Beta Centr office building in MoscowIn 2004-2005, current Radiant Partner’s lead architect Sigita Norviliūtė worked on reconstruction and enlargement of an industrial building in Moscow, which during the course of extensive renovation was turned into a B+ class office building and subsequently named Beta Center by the owner ZAO MIF.

Strategically located on Altufevskoe Shosse in the northeastern administrative district of the Russian Federation’s capital city, the two-wing Beta Center building opened for business in 2006, offering tenants a total of 13,900 sq m of office space (expanded from the original floor area of 11,700 sq m), and was quickly sold out.

The façade of the renovated building was upgraded with a finish of ventilated ceramic stone tiles and glass units. A modern heat recovery ventilation system was integrated during renovation.
